COUNTRY FAYRE - Concerted Defence Policy

There seems to be a Concerted Defence Policy in operation:

1] A letter to Staffs County Council - thanking them for opening & closing the High Street to facilitate the Fayre.

2] A Notice detailing the opening & closing proceedures and explaining that the proceedure 'Cost Nothing'.................

I'd love to see the 'Costing Timesheet' & The Project Engineers Report.

Now I wonder who instigated that ?[/color][/font]
