It is nearly 8 months since I joined EE and I have had no issues. EE cold called me a few weeks ago to ask if I wanted to change my contract and sign up for 12 months for:
Broadband - running about 18mb
Any time calls
1000 minutes mobile calls
Unlimited international calls (which I use regularly)

The new cost for the above is £4, a reduction of £3.50.
I visited their website, but the advertised costs do appear higher than I am actually paying.
So, I have no complaints with their customer service. Much better than BT who do not cold call to offer cheaper costs, and treat long standing customers with contempt.
