OK, i know ive been the doom and gloom on broadband (fibre) on the forums, but BT has literally just announced today that they have brought forward the expected times for kinver.

They have moved from:
Q1 2015 to Q4 - 2014
Aka October onwards.
They are well ahead in staffs on their targets which has brought this forward.


Advice to all is do not accept any new contracts from your supplier. If you have to - try and be on BT, Plus Net, Sky or Talk Talk. (BT is the preference)


Remember all other suppliers might not get fibre access.
Its likely that all but Plus.net and BT will have to wait a little longer while equipment is updated in the exchange. (Not confirmed, but likely)

BT are incompetent and do not provide good customer service. They tie you into expensive contracts with expensive hidden charges. A **** company. Glad to get rid of them.

I will never, ever return to BT.
